| Well, I haven't been on this thing in FOREVER. But honestly, I've been busy.
I joined the Marine Corps. You probably knew that.
I graduated from boot camp on July 3rd. I'm very proud of myself, and what I've accomplished. I had some great mentors while I was there, unlike anything I've ever experienced in my life. SSgt Underwood, Sgt Munoz, Sgt Drinan, and Sgt Sheets. I've created bonds with the guys I've trained with that are in all seriousness unbreakable.
I finished MCT in early August. I learned a lot there. Had fun.... most of the time.
And now I'm out here in good old 29 Palms, California. Not as cool as it sounds. We're in the middle of the Mojave dessert, and surrounded by mountains which we constantly run up all the time. And.... it's hot. But not hot like you guys back East are used to, but this incredibly dry heat that just sucks all the morale out of you. But things are good.
Anyway, since I've been in I've only managed to increase the slew of titles I've earned throughout my life. Add these to the list: Marine Scribe Killer Tan Belt Warrior Alcoholic (wait, I already had that one) Sharpshooter Wire Dog J.E.W (Junior Enlisted Warrior) Government Property

Whistles the wind, blowing my way
Sweeping me back, back here to stay
Can winners be losers running on the same track?
Some head for glory, others refresh
Well it breaks my heart to see you this way
The beauty in life, where's your God?
And somebody told me, you were doing okay
Somehow I guess they were wrong
My isolation, now there's a sobering thought
A minute alone, a lifetime too long
See the face in this mirror, so pale it could crack
Desperately wanting a color in lacks
Well it breaks my heart to see you this way
The beauty in life, where's your God?
And somebody told me, you were doing okay
Somehow I guess they were wrong
So you drank with the lost souls for too many years
Time to be right cause they'll cripple with fear
Never been righteous, go sell them, we're wrong
Life's only life with you in this song
Now there's an ocean between us
Where I am and where I want to be
So you prayers in doubt, doubt not for me
Well it breaks my heart to see you this way
The beauty in life, where's your God?
And somebody told me, you were doing okay
Somehow I guess they were wrong
Well it breaks my heart to see you this way
The beauty in life, where's your God?
And somebody told me, you were doing okay
Somehow I guess they were wrong
Whistles the wind
Whistles the wind
Whistles the wind
Whistles the wind
Oh you'll find your way out, but there's no going now
Every woman and child drags you down for the good
It's not safe being free, can't give back what you feel
You said you'll always be in heaven with me

Yeah, it's over now
But I can breathe somehow
When it's all worn out
I'd rather go without
You know it's been on my mind
Could you stand right here
Look me straight in the eye and say
That it's over now
We pay our debt sometime
Well it's over now
Yet I can see somehow
When it's all gone wrong
It's hard to be so strong
We pay our debt sometime
Guess it's over now
I seem alive somehow
When it's out of sight
Just wait and do your time
You know it's been on my mind
Could I stand right here
Look myself in the eye, and say
That it's over now
We pay our debt sometime | | |
| I have never been ashamed of my behavior, especially while drunk. That was until last night, I am totally surprised I'm not dead. Last night was Bmass' sister's 21st birthday, so we all went out to celebrate. I got drunk.
Hilarity did not ensue.
That may have been the drunkest I've ever been. I was acting totally out of character. I was actually dancing with some schladies, so that should tell you how drunk I was. Then, I ended up making out with some chick, and leaving with her. Now, as far as drunk driving goes, I'm an expert, but I definitely was not cool to drive last night. I was all over the road when I was just driving; but this girl, whom I can't even remember her face or name, was all over me at the same time, which made things more difficult.
We hadn't quite made it back to her apartment yet when I realized that I didn't feel good. I tried to pull over but just ended up driving onto the sidewalk. I rolled down my window to throw up, but instead I just projectile vomited all over the steering wheel and dash board. Well, I'm sure you can guess what happened next. This nameless faceless girl decides that she's gonna walk the rest of the way. I just drive home and continue to throw up on myself all the way back to the house.
I woke up this morning naked, with a very fuzzy memory with what happened last night. I've never acted like that, I must've been ruffied.

| Yesterday, was a much needed event. I've never seen something so hilarious.
Jason was hauling some shit in from his car and cops came swarming in from everywhere. They got of their cruisers cuffed him and started taking him away. "Shut the door! You're letting the heat out!" cried Jason. They drag him over to the van where an unidentified individual attempted to I.D. him. Everything was negative so they let him go, the officers proceeded to inform him that just a bit ago a male of the chinese persuasion robbed the dollar store across the street from our house.
Following all the commotion the officers asked if they could come inside. Like an idiot Jason allowed it. Walking around our house they went looking for Justin in his room, where there just happened to be marijuana lying on the desk, however the officers had better things to do, for didn't think twice about the pot and just waited outside for Justin since I let them know that he was on his way home. Once Justin had returned they simply escorted him over to where they had some security camera footage. After it was clear that it was not Justin who committed the robbery of a dollar store, they thanked us for our cooperation and left.
Justin came inside, and Proto and I proceeded to make fun of the two boys for the rest of the night.
